In response to your request for a class aligned with U.S. time zones, we are scheduling an additional class during U.S. hours.

Class details

  • Date: Friday, January 30
  • Time: 2:00 PM ET, 7:00 PM Irish Standard Time
  • Duration: 1 hour
  • Where: Microsoft Teams
  • Seats: 8 people only (small group, more support)
  • Original price €15, now reduced to $15
  • Recording: Available for 6 months, plus Q&A support

How it works

  • Recorded cooking video with live questions and answers (the cooking demonstration will be pre-recorded by me, allowing me to focus on participants’ questions and explain each step in detail.)
  • Cook along in real time, or watch first and cook later
  • Step-by-step help is available during the class. Participants are requested to be mindful of the scheduled time for the benefit of everyone.
  • Recipe Ingredients and Details will be forwarded once place confirmed.
