Hi everyone, I’m excited to share my new recipe with you. This time, I made a Millet Idli, Dosa, Chutney & Sambar meal. It is vegan, gluten-free, and rice-free. It is a simple South Indian meal, but still full of flavor. The idlis turn soft, the dosa turns crisp, and the chutney and sambar bring the whole plate together. If you are looking for a healthier meal idea, this one is a great choice. If you try it, I would love to know what you think. Thank you for being here and for supporting my recipes. Warmly, P.S.If you're new to Indian cooking, my Indian Cooking Confidence Guide is a great place to start. It covers pantry essentials, practical shortcuts, and beginner-friendly recipes designed to build confidence. |
