Cooking With Edible Flowers: 3 Simple Recipes

Hi everyone,

Have you ever cooked with nasturtium leaves and flowers? 🌸

They are bright, edible, and have a gentle peppery taste. You can use both the flowers and leaves in everyday recipes.

In my new video, I am sharing three easy nasturtium recipes:

🥣 Nasturtium Yogurt Dip
A creamy, fresh dip with a lovely green color.

🥗 Nasturtium Raita
A cooling yogurt side dish with fresh leaves and flowers.

🫛 Nasturtium Chana Salad
A colorful chickpea salad that is filling, fresh, and full of texture.

These recipes are simple, vegetarian, and a great way to use homegrown edible flowers.

Important: Only use nasturtiums that are correctly identified and grown without harmful pesticides or sprays.

Which recipe would you try first: the dip, raita, or chana salad?

Happy cooking,
