Hi Friends, Sometimes, a small mistake in the kitchen leads to a delicious new recipe. I was making my easy Mathura ke Pede, but I did not let the mixture cool completely, and the milk powder needed a little more roasting. The mixture did not turn out as expected. Instead of wasting it, I added boora and desiccated coconut. I then shaped the mixture into ladoos, and they turned out soft, fudgy, and delicious! Watch the new ladoo recipePede Se Ban Gaye Fudgy LadooThese milk powder coconut ladoos are made with roasted milk powder, ghee, milk, cardamom, boora, and desiccated coconut. They are perfect for Janmashtami bhog, Ganesh Utsav bhog, Ganesh Chaturthi prasad, or any festive celebration. π Watch the Fudgy Milk Powder Coconut Ladoo Recipeβ You can also try the original recipeEasy Mathura Ke Pede with BooraThese homemade Mathura-style pede are made with milk powder and homemade boora.
